About Red Dog Visuals:

My name is Ted Ulrich, and welcome to my passion for photography.  I live to travel, and capture moments, scenes, and experiences that I can bring back and share with the world.  While I work in many different genres of professional photography, travel photography is my primary focus.  I am also a rail fan, and during my travels I love to seek out interesting rail destinations and dig into the history of these beautiful, powerful machines.  In addition to all of this, I love discussing photography with other professionals and advanced amateurs, and I enjoy helping out other photographers whenever possible.

My specialties:
  • Travel photojournalism
  • Destination photography
  • Commercial photography
  • Historical exploration
My other interests are:
  • News photojournalism
  • Documentary photojournalism
  • Conceptual/editorial portraiture
  • Specialty fashion and glamor
  • Cosplay
  • Wildlife
